Booking Procedure:

1. Regarding Reservations:
– Rate are in US dollar per person unless specified.

– Provide accurate identification documents, passports, and rooming lists for the reservation.

– Down payment:Non-Refundable/Unchangeable USD500/PAX in 3 days once confirmed to join in
– The cruise line does not accept bookings from infants under 6 months (inclusive) or pregnant women who are approaching or beyond 23 weeks (inclusive) of gestation. There must be at least one traveler in the room who is over 18 years old. Thank you for your cooperation!
-The option itinerary and pricing for self-funded options are for reference only. The cruise line will provide the final itinerary and pricing 15 days before departure, and guests will choose and pay for their options on board the cruise ship.

2. Regarding Visa Materials:
– For mainland Chinese guests traveling to Japan:
a) Chinese citizens must hold a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date to the departure location). This cruise will handle a cruise ship tourist landing permit. For guests from certain sensitive areas, additional materials, a deposit, or a refusal to board may be required; please understand. b) Guests holding a Japanese residence card/permanent resident card must carry their passports and residence cards when boarding the cruise ship in Japan and inform the ship’s staff of their resident or permanent resident status. Failure to carry the residence card or inform the staff may result in the denial of landing permission by the Japanese Immigration Bureau and may also lead to the 失效 of the residence card.

c) Non-mainland Chinese nationals:

Guests must confirm their visa status independently. Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan guests must carry valid return home cards or Taiwan compatriot cards, and foreign nationals must have a valid visa to re-enter China. If you have a self-prepared visa, please confirm its validity to avoid delaying your journey!
If you cannot enter or exit on time due to personal documents or visa reasons, all fees are non refundable, and any related costs incurred shall be borne by the guest.

3. Regarding Cancellation:

– Notify us of cancellation between the deposit payment date and 60 days before departure (inclusive of the 60th day), and a loss of 30USD per person will be charged.

– Notify us of cancellation between 59 days and 41 days (inclusive of the 41st day) before departure, and 20% of the group payment will be charged.

– Notify us of cancellation between 40 days and 28 days (inclusive of the 28th day) before departure, and 40% of the group payment will be charged.

– Notify us of cancellation between 27 days and 14 days (inclusive of the 14th day) before departure, and 60% of the group payment will be charged.

– Notify us of cancellation between 13 days and 7 days (inclusive of the 7th day) before departure, and 80% of the group payment will be charged.

– Notify us of cancellation within 6 days (inclusive of the 6th day) before departure, or if you fail to appear on time at departure, or if you abandon the journey for any reason after departure, you must pay the full group fee.

4. Special Persons:
– Pregnant Women: The cruise line stipulates that due to the lack of facilities to assist pregnant women or childbirth on board, bookings from pregnant women who will enter or have entered the 23rd week of pregnancy at the start of the cruise or during the cruise not be accepted. Pregnant women who have not exceeded 23 weeks should provide a doctor’s certificate allowing boarding and complete a health inquiry form. The certificate should be carried with you, and the health inquiry form should be filled out and signed at the pier on the day of boarding. The cruise line reserves the right to refuse boarding to such guests.

– Elderly Persons: Elderly guests aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a direct relative, provide a health certificate, and sign a waiver.

– Infants: The cruise line does not accept bookings from infants who have not reached 6 months old by the cruise departure date.

– Minors: The cruise line stipulates that passengers under 18 years old are considered minors and cannot board alone. There are specific conditions:

a) To board, they must travel with at least one parent and stay in the same cabin with at least one parent. b) If not traveling with parents, they must stay with at least one tourist who is 18 years old or older. At the same time, a “Minor Authorization Form” signed by the minor’s parents or legal guardian is required, stating that they have authorized the minor’s travel and consent to medical care in emergency situations. This authorization form, along with copies of the signer’s identification and the minor’s birth
certificate or household registration copy, must be presented to the cruise line staff at the pier when checking in. Failure to present these documents before boarding may result in refusal of boarding and no refund or compensation will be given.
