Bhutan Tours
Bhutan is a Buddhist kingdom on the Himalayas’ eastern edge and our Bhutan Tours offer monasteries, fortresses (or dzongs) dramatic landscapes that range from subtropical plains to steep mountains and valleys. In the High Himalayas, peaks such as 7,326m Jomolhari are popular trekking destinations. Paro Taktsang monastery (also known as Tiger’s Nest) clings to cliffs above the forested Paro Valley. ― Google
Adventure Tours
Our adventure tours offer activities that include a physical exertion, a cultural exchange, or activities in nature. This involves exploration or travel with a certain degree of risk, and which may require special skills and physical exertion.
Soft adventure travel is relatively safe and hardly requires skills and experience. Some examples include backpacking, birdwatching, camping, canoeing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, safaris, sailing and surfing. Hard adventure travel is riskier and requires more skills and experience. Examples include caving, rock climbing and trekking. Sometimes soft adventure activities become hard adventure activities, such as kayaking in a wild river and hiking in extreme weather or at high altitudes. In addition, danger and skill are not firm concepts and may vary greatly depending on the tourist’s own perception. (cbi.eu)
