Group Visa Info:

Vansol Travel and Tours is the one who assist the client to apply for Group Visa. The Requirement document is listed as below:

Please take note that for group visa is not 100% guarantee issue.
Time for process:
usually need to submit all the document before 3 weeks of departure date (this is the rule of group visa center, could not submit ahead)
would take around 1 weeks to process
usually will issue before 1 -2week of departure date.  Group visa fee: $50/pax

Booking Conditions:

The reservation fee is 50% of tour fee, need to be paid within 2 working days once booking been confirmed. Otherwise, the booking will be release automatically.
The remaining balance payment need to be paid upon 45days before departure date.
Full payment upon confirmation.
Any unused portion is non-refundable, For the pax who cannot pass immigration process in any Int’l airport, the tour cost is nonrefundable

Refund Policy:

Within 10 days before departure date No refund
Within 11-60 days before departure date 30% refund
More than 60 days before departure date 80% refund

Supplemental Agreement:

Deposit is non-refundable deposit/pax is required to reserve a slot. It must be paid within 2 working days from the date of confirmation otherwise; the slots will be released automatically. The remaining balance payment need to be paid upon 30 days before departure date.
Any unused portion of the tour is non-refundable. e.g. entrance fees, transfer services, meals, room accommodation, etc.
The tour fee is non-refundable for the pax who will not be able to pass the immigration
process at the airport.
If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure events (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond our control) Vansol Travel & Tours shall wait for the airline approval of refund otherwise deposit is non- refundable.
