- Full Payment must be settled 45 DAYS before the Departure Date, otherwise, the slot may be released and the deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION CHARGES - 90 days – forfeiture of guarantee deposit
- 60 days – forfeiture of guarantee deposit and 50% cancellation charges apply
- 45 days – forfeiture of guarantee deposit and 100% cancellation charges apply
VISA APPLICATION - If the VISA APPLICATION IS DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED
OTHERS - For the passenger, who cannot pass the immigration process in any Int’l airport, the tour cost is non-refundable.

- Rebooking can only be processed in the event of natural calamities and force majeure (war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, epidemics and pandemics), or mandated government cancellations. Refund is not an option.
- In the event of sudden adjustment with the flight schedule made by the airline, the clients are expected to follow the new set schedule.
